Warm & windy start to spring, but wet weather is on the way

On Thursday, Victoria will experience strong and gusty northerly winds.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning for Thursday's damaging winds which will impact Central, South West and part of East Gipppsland, North Central, North East, West and South Gippsland as well as Wimmera forecast districts.
