AUDIO NEWS RELEASE: Tasmania expecting strong winds and rainy conditions into the weekend

Meteorologist Tim Bolden from the Bureau of Meteorology discusses Tasmania's weather update, including:

- Severe Weather Warning current for Damaging Winds for remainder of today (all but the south east and upper Derwent Valley)

- Winds ease tomorrow, but warm front tomorrow night sees damaging winds redevelop about north and west coast

- Minor Flood Warning current for the Meander River and North Esk River, Flood Watch for north west, north and north east catchments

- Strong winds and rainy conditions to continue into the weekend.
