Notification of essential maintenance

The Bureau of Meteorology is conducting essential system maintenance on Thursday 14 November 2024.

Services will be unavailable for up to 40 minutes on Thursday 14 November 2024 from 11:05 pm AEDT.

The BOM Weather app, bom.gov.au and beta.bom.gov.au will be accessible during the maintenance period, however data will not be updated.

Some Bureau products and services may experience data delays until 3:00 am AEDT on Friday 15 November 2024.

Maintenance will be rescheduled in the event of severe weather.

The Bureau apologises for any inconvenience caused by this essential maintenance. Reliability of our service provision is taken very seriously and all steps have been taken to minimise disruption.
